### Problem
The menu items under "My account" are actually all settings. However, we find an item "Settings" and another "Notification settings" which reads like having settings in settings. That is confusing.
### Acceptance Criteria
Change the menu items in the user's settings page to this:
* Rename "Settings" → "**Appearance**"
* Create a new entry "**Region and Language**" and migrate these elements (currently under the 'Settings' item) there:
* Language
* Time zone
* Rename "Notification settings" → "**Notifications**"
* Remove the "**Avatar**" item and migrate the elements contained within it to "**Profile**".
* This page will then have two _h2_ headers.
### Initial discussion
Maybe we could split the menu item "Settings" into "Language" and Time". Also the Backlogs settings in "Settings" don't seem to make any sense there, neither. We could give it its own menu item "Backlogs".
Of "Notification settings" we could simply kick out the word "settings".
