Because there is currently a small delay between when a user modifies a card and when that modification is "done", there is a risk of concurrent modifications (a second card is modified before the first is done), which currently leads to an error message.

This feature is separate from <mention class="mention" data-id="41199" data-type="work_package" data-text="#41199">#41199</mention>, which is about adding a loading indicator on the calendar when _loading_ cards.
### Acceptance criteria
* When a user makes a modification (eg. moves, stretches or shortens a card), show a load/activity indicator before the "success" toast can be seen. This toast:

I believe there are three ways we currently show something is happening/loading.
* Is blue (Toast/Information)
* Icon: the basic CSS loading indicator (animated, reduced The skeleton view (that we're using in size) replacing the icon on Add existing panel, the left
notification center, and soon in <mention class="mention" data-id="41199" data-type="work_package" data-text="#41199">#41199</mention>)
* Text: "Updating..." The "uploading" snackbar used when uploading files to WPs or comments.

The most appropriate one in this case is surely the operation is complete basic one that we show when loading a work package table list.
**Open Question:** Can we make this work in the background, team planner? (Considering especially the blue information toast is replaced by the usual green success toast ("Successful update.") limitations of fullcalendar).
