### **Steps to reproduce:**

1. Have a template project
2. Have a user that is member in the template project and has "Member added" mail alert active
3. Instante a new project with that template

The user gets notified

The user does not get notified

The send\_notifications option is Begin of the insertionshown inEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion hidden when copying from a template.  We should either showEnd of the deletion the Begin of the insertionadvanced settings ofEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion "send notifications" field or keep it hidden but send send\_notifications=false toEnd of the deletion the Begin of the insertionnew project form in order to allow users to disable sending notificationsEnd of the insertion Begin of the deletion APIEnd of the deletion
