**As** a admin
**I want to** create a table view that shows all work packages for the open/newest version similar to the feature that is in place for the status filtering
**so that** when moving from one version to another I don't have to update the filters and can more effectively use the project template functionality.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add new operator to the version filter similar to "Status open"
* Filter all locked, open, closed version status
