### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: OpenProject 12.0.2 Cloud Edition
Does not happen on-premises without external attachment storage.
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Win 10 64 bit / Chrome / German. Also happens on latest Firefox. German
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? No, but there is a **pop-up blocking** message from the browser. No
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to BCF module
2. Click on export
Or
1. Go to Work Packages module
2. Export as .xls
### **Actual Behavior**

Then this message appears:

No download, no link.
Then, some additional time later, the export is eventually linked:

No automatic downlaod, but link works, though.

File is automatically downloaded and if not the "Click to Download" link is **shown directly** when the message of a successful export is presented **and not with an extra delay.** downloaded.
