**As** an OpenProject admin
**I want to** define the legal mandatory legal disclosures in emails in the administration to show them in the web view and to add them to all outgoing emails.
**so that** I comply with European law about (basically the same reason why we have email signatures in our emails and an imprint on our website). signatures).
> Die EU-Publizitätsrichtlinie 2003/58/EG, auf welche die Regelungen zurückgehen, formuliert , dass geschäftliche Mitteilungen "gleichviel welcher Form" Pflichtangaben enthalten müssen.
**Acceptance criteria**
* There is a dedicated database field to store the imprint information in at the administration.
* The imprint information is linked in the help menu in the header and on the footer of all the homepage (similar to the customization on https://community.openproject.org).
* This information is added to the footer of all emails.
* This will substitute the current footer text ("_You have received this notification because of your notification settings in the_ [_OpenProject Community_](https://community.openproject.org/)_..."_) and will be configurable trough the settings in administration --> email notification.
* If the admin has not added this information yet we will display the following message: "Administrators can add a legal notice that will be appended to all outgoing emails via the admin settings in _Administration → Email notifications_ \[link to: "Host name" + /admin/settings/mail\_notifications\]
* If the admin has add the info we will display what they've included in the settings (attached an example of open project in the designs).
* This texts will always go centred with the whole content.
* The legal information are automatically added to every outgoing email as is part of the generic setting of a company/client.
* Bellow the variable text we will include an small text in cursive: "powered by OpenProject"
* To differentiate even more the content from the legal info a change on the design is required. The email content including header, cards and buttons will remain with a white background but the generic email background will be changed to grey (#F3F3F3). The maximum width of the content will remain the same.
