**As** an OpenProject admin
**I want to** define the legal mandatory legal disclosures in emails in the administration
**so that** I comply with European law about (basically the same reason why we have email signatures).

**Acceptance criteria**

* There is a dedicated field to store the imprint Begin of the insertioninformation at the footer of all the emails. This will substitute the current footer text ("_You have received this notification because of your notification settings in the_ [_OpenProject Community_](https://community.openproject.org/)_..."_) and will be configurable trough the settings in administration --> email notification.
* If the admin has not added this information yet we will display the following message: "Administrators can add your legal imprint information through your settings in the _Administration -> Email notifications_ \[link to: "Host name" + /admin/settings/mail\_notifications\]
* If the admin has add the info we will display what they've included in the settings (attached an example of open project in the designs).

* The legal information are automatically added to every outgoing Begin of the insertionemail as is part of the generic setting of a company/client.
* Bellow the variable text we will include an small text in cursive: "powered by OpenProject GmbH"
* To differentiate even more the content from the legal info a change on the design is required. The email content including header, cards and buttons will remain with a white background but the generic email background will be changed to grey (#F3F3F3).
