This is an essential tool for collaboration and coordination in the BIM environment. We should reimplement this functionality and also define the UX for this use case.

Specification as discussed during Monday's call:
* Measurements button in the toolbar with a drop down
* length
* area
* volume
* Measurements get listed in a separate tab in the properties inspector pane
* A button for deleting all measurements
* A button after each measurement to delete that single measurement
