**As** an OpenProject admin
**I want to** define the legal mandatory legal disclosures in emails in the administration
**so that** I comply with European law about (basically the same reason why we have email signatures).
> Die EU-Publizitätsrichtlinie 2003/58/EG, auf welche die Regelungen zurückgehen, formuliert , dass geschäftliche Mitteilungen "gleichviel welcher Form" Pflichtangaben enthalten müssen.
**Acceptance criteria**
* There is a dedicated field to store the imprint information.
* The legal information are automatically added to every outgoing email.
