**As** a passionate OpenProject user
**I want** to have a Dark mode
**so that** it does do not hurt hurts my eyes while working with the software.

**Acceptance criteria**
* In the Administration -> Design, Theme: have the possiblity to switch between Light mode and Dark mode.
* The current Light mode will be removed (light mode will be the OpenProject mode) the current Dark mode will be renamed to OpenProject blue
* When selecting Dark mode, the Application will switch to Dark mode.
**Out of scope**
* No need to configure the Dark mode in terms of colors etc.
* Saving diffent color templates to design templates
