**Acceptance Criteria**
* This email should be send when a user is directly mentioned via an "[**@comment**](https://github.com/comment)"
* The subject of the mail should be "_Person name_ mentioned you in _#wp\_number_ - _Work package name_"
* The header should include:
* Logo of Open project. (moved to the right)
* Salutation with the name of the user.
* Sub-header Information: "_Person name_ When this email is generated (for search reasons), “you’ve been mentioned you in a comment”.
* A button access to the notification centre with the specific WP that has been commented open. centre. (_Out of scope: bell icon)_
* The content of the mail is an extended version of the “notification row” shown in the Notification Centre where you can see the comment where you are mentioned comments bellow. (please refer to the images attached)
* A button with a link to the email settings is displayed at the end of the email. (_Out of scope: settings icon)_
* The email will content a white background in order to keep readability in dark mode clients.
**To be determined**
* _There is a need to check if we need to include any legal text (unsubscribe when you don’t have access to your account for example)._
**Out of scope**
* The icons on the buttons are currently out of scope, as we cannot load the icon-font and would need to add images for them. This would be way to much overload for such a simple mail. The mail would get really large and it could be marked as spam.
