**Note**
This is a UI work package (email design) and basic logic (links). The backend logic of the settings are set at #

**Acceptance Criteria**
* This email should be send when a user is directly mentioned via an "[**@comment**](https://github.com/comment)"
* The header should include:
* Logo of Open project.
* Salutation with the name of the user.
* Information: When this email is generated (for search reasons), “you’ve been mentioned in a comment”.
* A button access to the notification centre. (_Out of scope: bell icon)_ centre (main view with no work package selected).
* The content of the mail is an extended version of the “notification row” shown in the Notification Centre where you can see the comments bellow.
* A button with a link to the email settings is displayed at the end of the email. (_Out of scope: settings icon)_
* _There is a need to check if we need to include any legal text (unsubscribe when you don’t have access to your account for example)._
