The user that copies a project is not added as watcher to the copied work packages.
**Acceptance criteria**
* The copying user will not become watcher of the work packages within the copied project
* An exception to this rule takes place in case the copying user has been a watcher in the original work package
* All existing watchers of a copied work package will become watchers of the copy
* This includes the copying user (see exception above)
**Examples**
* Work package with watchers "User A", "User B". "User C" copies the project. The resulting watchers of the copy will be "User A" and "User B".
* Work package with watchers "User A", "User B". "User B" copies the project. The resulting watchers of the copy will be "User A" and "User B".
