**so that** I can easily act upon specific work packages and have a good overview of what's going on with all the projects where I'm involved.

**Acceptance criteria**

* There is a global default setting.
* User can modify the settings in a global scale.
* This is only shown via mail once per week (the day as part of settings).
* The weekly email alert will include a project summary of the status and style of work packages per product.
