**As** a project member
**I want to** see a dynamic list of notifications in the notification center.
**so that I** get easily informed about the latest changes and decide on needed actions.
**Acceptance criteria**
* The list of notifications can be filtered by "Involvement type".
* There is an indicator showing the number of unread notifications in front of a row.
* We show the last two updates. In case there are more than two updates with tell the users that there are more.
* "Read" list
* There is another select field to filter the notifications by project (single select).
* The work package attributes are read-only with the exception the flagging status.
* Clicking on a notification rows opens the work package in the split view.
* Activity tab, scrolled to the first unread notification + on older notification (in case there is an older notification).
**Out of scope**
* Flagging of work packages (separate work package).
* Multi-select of projects in the "Read"-list (we don't have this component yet).
* Select boxes in front of the notification rows to select multiple notification rows for a bulk update.
* Changing the button-style.
* Having an option to automatically set notifications to read-status.

**Open and tbd**
* Sorting and updating the list after new updates happen.
* Option 1: The list remains the same with the oldest activity on top.
* Option 2: The notification with the latest activity is on top.
* The list is reordered after a reload.
* The list is reordered on-the-fly.
