**As** a project member
**I want to** filter my notifications by project and to see the number of notifications by project
**so that** I have fewer context switches when working through my notifications.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add a left sidebar to the notification center.
* Menu items represent a list of all projects with unread notifications.
* The the first menu item is "All projects". This lists unread notifications for all projects.
* Indicate the number of unread notifications for each project that has them with a badge on the right-hand side with the number of unread notifications.
* The projects are listed in alphabetical order. There is no indication for hierarchies (for now). So it can be the case that two projects have the same name. In this case the user might click on the wrong project.
* Once the number of notification for a project has changed the number is updated in the sidebar.

* If a sub-project has notifications, automatically expand the top-level project to show the hierarchy.
* Indicate the number of unread notifications for each project that has them with a badge on the right-hand side with the number of unread notifications.
* For sub-projects, the badge should be of a different colour (only with a stroke instead of fill, see attached wireframe).
