**Precondition**
- Test user is system admin.
- Work package module is activated.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to Modules \> Administrations \> Settings \> General
2. Set "Attachment max. size to a small value (e.g. 1 kB)
3. Open form to create a work package, enter a title and upload a file that is larger than the allowed size.
4. (Wrong error message.)
**Actual behavior**
- Error message states that there are too many characters in the attachment (instead of the wrong size).
**Expected behavior**
- Error message that states that file size is too large.
