**I want to** filter my notifications by project and to see the number of notifications by project
**so that** I have less context switches when working through my notifications.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add a sidebar to the notification center.
* There are menu items/project filters in the sidebar.
* The menu item/project filter is "All projects". Clicking this removes the filter on a specific project.
* Show only projects with unread notifications. Indicate the number of unread notifications with a icon on the right.
