Bug OP-8889: Project in in-app notification list can be added multiple times (not removed from list)

### **Environment**:
11.4.0
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to account settings.
2. Add notification for project.
3. Add notification for same project again.
### **Actual Behavior**
Possible and error occurs.

When trying to save after adding the same project twice an error is shown:

### **Expected Behavior**
Project should be removed from list.
