**Current situation**

* An author can not mute the email notification for a specific work package. The author can only deactivate the email notifications for all work packages.

**Requirement**
**As an** author
**I want to** be watcher for all work packages I create. I don’t want to receive email notifications for created work packages I am not watcher.
**So I can** unwatch a specific work package.

**Acceptance criteria**

* Rename the current notification setting to: "Only for things I watch, I am assigned or I am @-notified"
* Make the author watcher of all new work packages the user created.

Imagine you are in a meeting where one person protocols tasks as to-dos. That person act more like a secretary and is not interested in the future of the work packages.
