### **Environment**:
qa-edge / 11.3.0
Firefox, Chrome, Edge
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to administration, change user format to email, save, change back to first name last name, save.
2. Go to project, select work packages page, and open assignee, accountable, etc. from list or details view.
### **Actual Behavior**
Email address of user is shown rather than selected format.
