### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: Cloud Edition (11.2.3 and Edge)
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Win / FF / English
### **Logs**
not available
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to projects overview
2. Set filter "Active" to off
3. Navigate to last project (lower end) and try to unarchive or delete it (click on three dots)
### **Actual Behavior**
<figure class="image op-uc-figure"><div class="op-uc-figure--content"><img class="op-uc-image" src="/api/v3/attachments/21104/content"></div></figure>
The project name vanishes. Only by scrolling up I can access the project name and only by scrolling down I can access the delete option (see GIF). Same behavior if there are many archived projects.
### **Expected Behavior**
The menu (unarchive and delete) is shwon in front of the other elements (i.e. the "per page" options) and the row does not "jump". Alternatively, the space for the project list is increased, so that project name and complete menu are visible.
