Please attach error output in these log files if applicable
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Use Gantt Chart in Work Package View
2. Look on KW (Calendar week)

Bug in Calendar week.
Example: Week with Monday 3rd May 2021 shows KW19
### **Expected Behavior**
Example: Week with Monday 3rd May 2021 shows KW18
