### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Have a project with two types active
2. Have a workflow defined for one type that includes a status the other type does not have
3. Go to the work package list within the project
4. Filter the list by the non shared status
5. Use inline creation to create a work package of the type that does not have the status
### **Actual Behavior**
The work package is created with the status that is invalid for it. No user can move the work package out of the status except by changing the type or by defining a status transition for a short amount of time.
### **Expected Behavior**
An error message should be displayed when attempting to create a work package of a type with a status not available to it.
_OR_
The behaviour to use the filter value as the default value for newly created work packages should not be applied if the value is invalid.
