**As** a project member with the right "Invite users to meetings"
**I want to** select a small selection of project members as participants for a meeting
**so that** I do not have to scroll to the complete member list.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Meeting creation and edit page should be clear an compact even with > 100 members in a project with the "view meetings" permission.
* Search and selection for participant by name should be possible
