**As** a user
**I want to** use custom action to assign a work package to its author or accountable
**so that** I can evaluate current work package speedly without looking its author and picking him/her from assign dropdown menu.
**Acceptance criteria**
* In custom action definition screen, there should be options like author, accountable.
* Custom action should assign the work package to its author if assign to author is selected.
