With 11.2 we introduced the concept of placeholder user. This is relevant if you have multiple projects in the pipeline that require a specific skill (e.g. Tester).
We are incrementally working towards this goal. With the next release 12.0 (Q3 2021) we will have the ability to have multiple assigness per work package ([#30195](https://community.openproject.org/work_packages/30195)). We will also introduce the concept of work schedules ([#18416](https://community.openproject.org/work_packages/18416)) and duration ([#31992](https://community.openproject.org/work_packages/31992)). alt=""></figure>
