Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Win / FF / German

### Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a work package which has with parent
2. Change the estimated hours ("Geschätzter Aufwand")
3. Navigate to parent, have a look at the comment section
### Actual Behavior

I assume that there's no localization string for this, as the behavior is the same for e.g. Italian

"Abgeleiteter geschätzer Aufwand wurde auf 0,35 gesetzt"
