### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: Edge (2021-03-05 10:38:23) / Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Windows / FF / EN

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Administration -> Users & Permissions -> click on user
2. Produce error (e.g. by changing email address to another user's email address
3. Press "Save"
4. Close error message. Correct step 2 (e.g. change email address back)
5. Press "Save"
### **Actual Behavior**
The user profile page is opened (screenshot below from user with "create and edit user role", but this happens for admin user, too.

### **Expected Behavior**
Similar to saving without prior error message: Stay on the edit user page
