Your OpenProject Version: 11.1.2
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: debian buster / Chrome, Firefox, Edge, German
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? No.
For a local installation: Are there relevant logs output by `openproject logs` (packaged installation) or in a log/production.log or /var/log/openproject/ ? No.
### **Steps to reproduce:**
**This relates to #35682.**
**The above fixed the issue only partially, if at all.**
1. Navigate to the backlogs module, set up a new version (left side)
2. Create New Story "backlog#1" (e.g. type Epic) backlog#1 as user1 in the backlogs module. user1. Click the resulting work package, workpackage, enter description, upload image.
3. 2. Open "backlog#1" Click the resulting workpackage#1 as user 2, user2, change description, upload image.
4. 3. Create "backlog#2" backlog#2 as user 1. user1. Click the resulting work package, workpackage, enter description, upload image.
5. 4. as user 2, move the backlog#2 entry up, then down in the backlogs module. down.
6. 5. open the work packages (no matter as which user
### **Actual Behavior**
The activity report says resulting workpackage#1 and see that user2 has deleted the attachment initially added by user1, but at the left side it is still listed (in the description and in the attachments list). Furthermore, the image added in step 4 is not mentioned in the activity report any more. listed.
