Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Windows / Firefox / English

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to AAA project -> Members module
2. Right-click on work package module and open it in new tab
Or just navigate to the work package module in any way
### **Actual Behavior**
Unclear error message (e.g. the "Did you mean?" within seems to be misplaced or incomplete) which does not help me understand the reason as user. The all open view is empty, although copying the project or opening other saved views shows there _are_ work packages in the project.

This seems to appear for all views (public, default, favorite) where only the filter "open" is set (independent from other view configurations like sorting or Gantt). For the views where another filter is saved together with it it works as expected. When changing the filter in "All open" to "closed" without saving this happens (when changing back to "open" this error appears again instead of the error above):

When deleting the filter "assigned to: me" in the Assigned to me default view the first error message appears. When changing it to closed and back to open again the second error message appears.

* Clear and understandable error message
* "All open" shows all open work packages within the project
