Bug OP-8332: Internal error when accessing project work package page after deleting placeholder user

### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create a placeholder user and assign placeholder user to work package as assignee, accountable and user custom field.
2. Delete placeholder user in administration.
3. Reload page with work package and navigate to "Work packages" in project again.
### **Actual Behavior**
Work package list cannot be loaded. Internal error displayed.

### **Expected Behavior**
Work packages can be displayed and no attributes are shown for deleted placeholder user or "Deleted user" is shown for attributes.
