### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 11.1.3 / Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Wind / FF / English
### **Logs**
n/a
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to work package list
2. Choose work package, set to manual scheduling mode and set only finish date
<figure class="image op-uc-figure" style="width:19.15%;"><div class="op-uc-figure--content"><img class="op-uc-image" src="/api/v3/attachments/20581/content"></div></figure>
### **Actual Behavior**
The pin symbol is missing in the work package list (independent from whether there are no dates set or only finish date set). As soon as a start date is added it's there again (independent from whether the finish date is set or not).

### **Expected Behavior**
Pin symbol is always there if the work package is in manual scheduling mode, even if no dates are set. This makes it easier for the user to predict the behavior of a work package, e.g. when its children's dates are changed.
