### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 11.1.2
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: CentOS 7
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. In work packages select a ticket that has subversion commits associated with it.
2. Scroll through the activity pain and note activity # that shows the associated user but no details. If the problem is not evident click relations and then back to activity.
3. Refresh the page and note the commit details are now presented.
### **Actual Behavior**
When clicking on tickets that have associated commits the commit activity is often not displayed and there is instead an activity number with an associated user but no details. This can be reproduced reliably by clicking "Relations" and then back to "Activity". If the page is refreshed the details will show up. I have observed this bug since at least 11.0.4 though I do believe it was introduced in a version previous to that. It has worked properly before. I have updated to 11.1.2 from version 11.0.4 and the bug is still manifests there. In the attached screenshots the first one is initial page load where the details are missing and the second one is after refreshing the page. I have blacked out the commit logs but they are showing up correctly in the second screenshot.
### **Expected Behavior**
The subversion commit details should be displayed in the associated activity upon page load and any time the user returns to the activity pane.
