**Preconditions**
- Work package module is activated.
- Project members exist.
**Steps to reproduce**
1. Click on Work packages \> New work package.
2. Scroll down to list of watchers.
3. (Every watcher is displayed twice (after the end of the list of watchers, the same list is repeated).)
**Actual behavior**
- Watchers are displayed twice in selection list.
**Expected behavior**
- Watchers should be displayed only once.
