**As** a project manager or system administrator
**I want to** be able to change the content of notification emails (especially deactivate sending out information about certain attributes)
**so that** project members only get information relevant to them
**Use case example**
* Project manager wants to hand over a task / todo to a project member. The project member doesn't need all the information currently contained in email notifications. He/she should be able to understand his/her task at a quick glance.
* If something changes in a work package I only want to know what changed, not what didn't change. If if I want to get the whole picture I will login to OpenProject, anyway.
* For data protection reasons some information should not be contained in an email.
**Acceptance criteria**
* e.g. add check list in _Administration ->Emails_ to decide which work package attributes should be included in email notifications or if only changed or all attributes should be included
* email body is cleaned up and only contains the minimum of information which is relevant for the recipient
**To be discussed**
* should this be a global configuration, a personal one or a project based one or a combination thereof?
