### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: OpenProject 11.1.2 (PostgreSQL)
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: CentOS7, any, English
### **Logs**
No errors logged.
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to page Project Backlogs
2. Rearrange the order of work packages by drag and drop, within the same version
### **Actual Behavior**
The order updates correctly as expected, however work package audit and email notification(s) report that some (all populated?) custom field values have been deleted.
> Work package #2616 has been updated by REDACTED.
>
> * **Development policy** deleted (~~REDACTED~~)
> * **Peer reviewed by** deleted (~~REDACTED~~)
However, the values are still present when the work package is viewed. Whenever someone else updates the work package next, restoration of the these values is also reported, even though they were never deleted.
### **Expected Behavior**
Only position is changed, custom fields should not be reported as changed/deleted when they weren't.
