**As** a project manager
**I want to** insert a logo into the email notifications header
**so that** the email notification looks more friendly and appealing and my colleagues will like to look at the emails (also because they know it's from their company) emails.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Image upload feature in _Administration ->Email ->Emails header & Emails footer_ (either in the text editor or as a separate feature)
