**As** an OpenProject user
**I want** to be able to edit the project status fields
**so that** I can customize the status to e.g. "on hold", "completed", etc.
**Acceptance criteria:**
* be able to customize the project status
* create, edit, delete project status and assign colors
* configuration option to create statuses could be added to "System settings" > "Projects" (or possibly to "Enumerations)
**Visuals (only preliminary):**
* Note: It would likely be much better to have a separate "Projects" entry in the administration with sub pages such as "Settings", "Status", "Project overview".
