### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Add a document category in Administration -> Enumerations
2. Create a document in a project with that document category assigned
3. Try to remove the document category
### **Actual Behavior**
500 error reported and the user not being able to actually delete the category
### **Expected Behavior**
User being asked to what alternative value to assign the document to. After selection and confirmation, document category should be deleted and the document reassigned.
