### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: Cloud Edition
Operating System / Browser / OpenProject language: Win10 / Chrome / English
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? ([Click here for information on how to open your browser's console](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/a/77337)) For a local installation: Are there relevant logs output by `openproject logs` (packaged installation) or in a log/production.log or /var/log/openproject/ ? Please attach error output in these log files if applicable
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. @mention a team member, making sure their email settings are correct to allow email notifications on mentions
2. Ask them to reply to the email from their email editor
### **Actual Behavior**
Their reply does not appear as a comment on the original task where they were mentioned
### **Expected Behavior**
Their reply should appear as a comment on the original task.
I am not certain if this is specific to us or if this is a widespread issue.
