**As** an OpenProject user
**I want** to access a list of the logged times of child work packages as well as of their parent work package from or within the respective parent work package
**so that** I can control and manage spent time for e.g. a phase on an aggregated level.
**As** an OpenProject user
**I want** to see all logged times of associated child work packages at one place
**so that** I can control the budgets on the level of parent work packages only.
### Possible solution
When accessing the Time and cost module via Spent time of a work package: Set a filter that includes the parent work package and all its children and the display the logged spent time entries.

* should this be also available for spent costs?
### Current behavior
There's no easy way to access an overview of the spent time of each child work package. The hours are added up, but there's no overview (Screenshots: looking for one in the Time and cost module).
