**I want** to display the aggregated time spent in child work packages on a parent work package level
**so** that I can quickly see the aggregated values.
**Acceptance criteria**
* Add option to aggregated time spent on a parent work package (e.g. add a filter / option to the time and cost report page).

* should this be also available for spent costs?
