### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to WYSIWYG editor page.
2. Add headings.
### **Actual Behavior**
Headings are not underlined which makes e.g. wiki pages or other pages using the WYSIWYG editor (and also e.g. longer work package descriptions) harder to read.
Example:
**OP 11.1:**
<figure class="image"><img src="/api/v3/attachments/20007/content"></figure>
**OP 11.0:**
<figure class="image"><img src="/api/v3/attachments/20006/content"></figure>
### **Expected Behavior**
Headings are underlined (like in OpenProject 11.0)
