### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: **OpenProject 11.0.4** (PostgreSQL)
Operating System: Windows 10 / Browser: Opera / OpenProject language: Greek
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? ([Click here for information on how to open your browser's console](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/a/77337)) For a local installation: No
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to a projects Overview page
2. Change the value of the field (either a default field or a custom field)
3. Then go to the Activity page of that project.
### **Actual Behavior**
There is no logging of the changes of a project's fields.
### **Expected Behavior**
Changes in the projects' fields should be logged just as it happens with tasks' fields because there is no way to undo actions and this is a useful feature.
