### **Environment**:
qa-stage
11.0.4.
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create a budget and add cost positions.
2. Add at least one cost position which has a custom budget amount (by entering units for a cost type but then clicking the "edit" icon to enter a custom amount) and save the budget.
3. Copy the budget and compare the values.
### **Actual Behavior**
The manually adjusted budget for a cost position reverts back to the inferred budget / cost based on the number of units.
Example:
* The cost per unit is 250 €. In the original budget a value of "1" is set but then the budget position is adjusted to "2500 €" (instead of 250€).
* In the copied budget the value is changed back to 250 € (instead of 2500 € in the original budget).

### **Expected Behavior**
The original values are maintained when copying the budget.
