1. Login, go to any project, select the meeting item on the left hand pane, Create a new meeting
2. Add invitees / attendees
3. Click create meeting
4. Add an agenda
5. Save the meeting
6. click on send icalendar Begin of the deletion
7. Meeting host will receive an event invitation that only includes him/her (no attendees)End of the deletion
