### **Environment**:
OpenProject 11.0.3
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Send an email with attributes (e.g. assignee, type, project, status, etc.) to create work package through incoming emails job.
2. Check created work package in OpenProject.
### **Actual Behavior**
Only some of the attributes are parsed, others (such as assignee, priority, version) are ignored.

### **Expected Behavior**
All attributes are correctly parsed.
