### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version:
**OpenProject 11.0.1** (PostgreSQL) / Cloud Edition
_9239b8d (2020-10-28 09:10:08 +0000)_
**Hosted Enterprise Cloud Edition by Openproject.com**
Browser: issue is unrelated to browser.
### **Logs**
Not an error in the browser. At first it works correct. This is what I get:
First part of the adress line:
https://saasdataop.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/weloveaudio/attachment/file/854/_\[FILENAME.....lots of other stuff...\]_
Output:
```text
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Key>weloveaudio/attachment/file/854/Email Out.png</Key>
<RequestId>257944AFAA978D91</RequestId>
<HostId>mOL2BuEhyXY/rIq6ug8V0J7CJqsZNnoFprnNSPt0FM4mvLLC8JV0ypbzSqBtcF7Nbg0Mp8Vejog=</HostId>
</Error>
```
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create a screenshot as png image (MacOS, didn't test on win)
2. upload png image via "insert image" into work package description editor
3. works as expected! Image is shown and can be opened from files list.
4. wait for a while and hit reload... image is broken. file is still shown, but gone.
### **Actual Behavior**
The image is gone. Description shows a broken image symbol. Clicking on the attachment ("Files") leads to the dead link above.
The image is **GONE, COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE.**
### **Expected Behavior**
Continue to see the image at reload and the file attached to the ticket!
_This is a very bad bug. Can't see any context, it just started to happen. We've been using screenshots and images ALL THE TIME to show and explain all kinds of essential information..._
