### **Environment**:
qa-stage
User has permission to copy projects but not permission to create projects (e.g. global role).
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to project settings where user has permission to copy projects (e.g. project admin).
2. Click to copy project.
3. Enter name and confirm.
### **Actual Behavior**
Nothing happens:

### **Expected Behavior**
User is notified that he does not have permission / gets some feedback to what's happening.
